88jb Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88jb ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 88jb website at 88jb.club, including all products, services, features, and content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Each user may hold only one (1) account on the 88jb Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether created by the same individual or on behalf of the same individual, constitutes a violation of these Terms. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information promptly whenever it changes.

• You must register using your own valid Bangladesh mobile number. You may not register using a number belonging to another person or a virtual/temporary SIM number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• 88jb reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures on any account, which may include requesting certified copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• You must notify 88jb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

88jb shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as having been conducted by you and will be your financial responsibility.

88jb processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile financial services. The currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 88jb does not accept credit cards, international wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. 88jb reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
• All deposits must be made from a mobile financial service account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit on the account. Withdrawals to a different account than the deposit source require enhanced verification and may take additional processing time.
• 88jb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement compliance checks, or fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) review.

88jb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. 88jb is not responsible for third-party fees charged by payment providers.

88jb may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on 88jb are expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x means you must wager the bonus amount twenty times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked).
• 88jb reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud. In such cases, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. In general, live sports betting and certain live casino game types may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.

Players who have identified themselves as problem gamblers or who have voluntarily entered self-exclusion on 88jb are not eligible to receive or use any bonus or promotional offer. If such a player receives a bonus in error, 88jb reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.

All sports betting and casino wagering on 88jb is subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are displayed at the point of play for each product and form part of these Terms by reference:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and binding. A bet may only be cancelled in the event of a documented technical error on the part of 88jb that materially affected the bet outcome or the odds at which the bet was accepted.
• In sports betting, 88jb follows standard market settlement rules as published for each sport and market type. For cricket betting, the official scorecards published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent) shall be the definitive source for bet settlement.
• 88jb reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation, regardless of whether official governing bodies have confirmed the breach at the time of settlement.
• Maximum winnings per single bet, per event, and per 24-hour period may be subject to limits as published in the applicable game or sport rules. These limits are reviewed periodically and may be revised with notice posted on the Platform.

88jb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing an environment that encourages informed, controlled, and enjoyable participation. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost and with immediate effect upon activation:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits: set a ceiling on how much you can deposit within a defined time period. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit requires a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically and cannot log back in until the session timer resets.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under a false or assumed identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided without exception.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 88jb staff members through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media directed at 88jb.

88jb employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to manual review, temporary hold on withdrawals, and in confirmed cases of fraud, permanent closure and reporting to relevant financial crime authorities.

88jb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 88jb following a request for documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account by an unauthorised third party, pending completion of an internal investigation.

Where an account is closed by 88jb due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 88jb reserves the right to withhold the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

All content on the 88jb Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data, is the exclusive property of 88jb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to maintenance, technical failure, regulatory action, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental orders.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or results displayed on the Platform that contain inaccuracies due to data feed errors or human error, provided 88jb takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

88jb collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 88jb. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering. 88jb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, the cost of using the Platform, or the manner in which disputes are resolved — 88jb will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
